How did we raise our children into so unpleasant and difficult human beings ?

Some people are so toxic that anyone around them keeps wondering how they were raised. What kind of experiences they had while growing up? They must have been product of toxic relationships, toxic environment and troubled parents.

It is a crime against humanity and future generations to groom beautiful innocent children into so unpleasant, difficult to live with human beings. Please do not raise children if you do not have the ability or ELSE nature should take away child bearing abilities from all those toxic individuals.

Mothers please do not pass on victimised feelings and emotions to your children. Fathers please do not pass on your lethargic, umabitious & negative thought process to your children. Do not pass on your depressed attitude of everything gloom n doom in life to your children.

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL.

If you do not have ability to look beyond your own emotional drama which infact is your own making ( culprit! Your mind), then  please do something about it.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A GENERATION OF PEOPLE NEGATIVE & DEPRESSED

You are taking away their ability to lead a normal life, flourish, be happy, prosper and fulfill their destiny. We damage beautiful innocent, perfectly capable, brilliant children and stunt their growth forever. They are born with their own unique set of gifts which they are meant to manifest. Children are much more advanced both emotionally and intellectually. This is a gift of nature and human evolution is proof of that.

Please create different kind of schools where people have to be taught how to live life, how to be with others, on why children are born and how to raise them? How to empower your children and nurture them with positivity and essense of life so that they in turn lead a wonderful, fulfilling life and create a better future race.

Think about it! What if we don’t have these negetive tendencies in our world at all – anger, anxiety, depression, hate, stress, prejudices, helplessness, poverty, disdain

This is not at all philosophical. The leaders world over are discussing in different forums on how to eradicate so many issues in the world as a result of these negative human tendencies & emotions. This is the time we all take a step back and rewire our brains to whatever steps/actions needed to make our existence fruitful, engaging & fulfilling.

Having different social status is never an issue in the world. But yes going through same problems of anger, depression, anxiety, stress and deteriorating health across society is definitely an issue.

What are the odds that if we nurture childhood better we won’t have to repair our damaged self esteem, deprived mindsets and a generation of troubled men & women.

Suggest a heading – Trying to structure my thoughts around some interesting topics

Let me start with “I”.

I am a humble human being, someone too polite to say No to people on the face, someone too naïve to become an entrepreneur (at least as per my mentor/well wishers).

I am a common man who is trying to come out of series of setbacks , trying to undo my mistakes, move away from path of mediocrity to resourcefulness, learning resilience on the way, getting perspective on the most important aspects of life. Professionally I have spent 16 years 3 months experiencing nuances of corporate life mostly in Dubai. Last 5 months I have been on a forced sabbatical. I was/am in love with Dubai (or so I thought), but somewhere along the way to becoming 40 I realized that I am more in love with eradicating any sort of helplessness (not only poverty & pain) from this world … to start with my world.

I see a world where a lot of people (youngsters & experienced alike) would need good amount of hand holding due to this turmoil. It could be learning new skills, unlearning old way & beliefs, in need of motivation and inspiration, direction and at times a small nudge. People will have to learn to define their value & skill sets and embed those into specific niche jobs/assignments and finally lay it out to the world. The practice of being engaged into low value task/jobs would be redundant as these tasks are going to be assigned to machines/Programs/AI.

One of my revered mentor & a yogi advised me to look within and try to reinvent myself after identifying my core skills. More & more people are engaged into very generalized job profiles with very least or insignificant skillset. I also thought that what if I also possess a very generalized skill set or am still trying to figure out what is my skill even after spending 1 1/2 decade in Wealth Management industry.

My mentor enlightened. ” You are good in articulating your thoughts. You are good in speaking the right content at the right time and in the language your audience understands and relate to.” Up until now I had been thinking that I am not a good orator as I don’t speak much in gatherings until unless I have something significant to offer/add value to in the discussion. I generally keep my thoughts to myself.

My mentor spoke further. “You need to find places, opportunities (monetary or otherwise) where this ability/niche can be put to use or exploited.”

I explain very well to individuals/group something without any inhibition when I have added my thoughts to a concept/theory/fact in concern. I find myself very effective in awakening people who are still sleeping (metaphorically) and can very well be swatted by the harsh reality of this fast changing world. It comes naturally to me to nudge youngster so that they don’t fall into the pit, so that they do not follow zombie herd. Setbacks and failures have instilled in me some sort of resilience which has somehow blessed me with a discerning mind resulting which I am choosing to engage or not engage in so many areas which would seem very logical for a third person to advise me to.

I am still very cautious as i haven’t established the positive outcomes of my real skills & thoughts. But I do see myself effortlessly preventing a lot of people making similar mistakes following an unyielding path. I need not be a full time coach to do that. Anyone & everyone should keep their eyes & ears open and provide helping hand/support/guidance/training to people in need. We have to inculcate a habit of knowledge/skill/experience sharing among us.

My Journal which I thought I might never publish.

Random Thoughts !

There are lot of distractions and we have limited time in a day.

Learn to limit distractions. Don’t look at unnecessary messages, news bits, videos. Be very focused. Spend your time (energy) on what is taking you towards fulfillment of your true potential.

Focus on what makes you happy, what you aspire, what you dream and desire. And then be at it. Enjoy, relax, have fun but always stay focused.

Most important….

Stay silent… stay with yourself for at least 5 minutes everyday. It could be even while taking a break from work during office hours. Try not to smoke. You will feel the difference. Not smoking and drinking less keeps you active, alert and you will feel more energetic.

Somehow try to get into the best of the best places in your industry or in your interest domain and look for help from anyone, known unknown both.

It is painful to see yourself reach much lower than your true potential at a later stage in life. See that you don’t have many regrets at least on those lines.

Money is not everything but slightly less than everything.

Work on your desires because they are among few things in life that bring fire and purpose in you.

Desire for anything and everything… money, fame, luxury, comfort, safety, security, adventure, travel, opulence, social help and so on…

Forget what the norms, school, culture, parents, elders taught and imbibe in us. Know that you change everyday, every moment. So do not hold on to anything. Majority of beliefs are prison created by your mind.

You won’t get any knowledge from this post. This is my humble attempt at reaching out to like-minded people.

It is very difficult to figure out how to ask for help. So learn this art at a very early age. It will help you quite a lot all along your journey.

I have learnt this fact from the struggles i had that one should always keep on helping people in need and reduce any sort of friction in their professional or personal life.

What is the difference between showing you a mirror and casting doubt on your ability? Ask this to people who are a negative influence in your life, who try to belittle you and are never an enabler in your growth. Spend less time with them if possible. Eliminate negative energies around you.
